wake enthusiasts about this years Alligator season... Here in sunny Florida, we natives like to call them "Live Logs"
and tend to keep a count a first sign every year!

Maximum Wake Zone!
...ok so after last weekends re-visit to Spine Wakesurfing we asked...
What if we maxed out two of the best wakesurf setups on the lake and maximize the spine! ...hmmmm? ...well here it is folks! ...and it went something like this...
Boat #1 - Ryan Bates Malibu VLS to the Starboard side with 500 in the nose to one side, wedge down, center factory ballast full, and 500 in the V-locker! 1 person driving.
Boat #2 - Steve Robbins Maristar 230 VRS to the Port side with a 400 & 150 brick in the nose on one side, 1500lb fat seat on the floor to one side, and a 750 in the port side V-locker! 2 person, driver and passenger (photog) on opposing sides.
...all I can say is WOW!!!! ..that was well worth it! The ride was tricky but once you felt the variances in push it was a blast!

Spine Wakesurfing!
...this weekend was certainly that time of the year for wakesurfing, at a brisk 68 water temp and a sunny 74 out on Lake Saxon and hardly anyone on the lake! We started out in my loaded up (2500+lbs) Maristar 230 VRS for an EPIC day of surfing. Little did we know a fellow LOLWAKE boat (Crescents Air Nautique 210) comes up next to us and forms an sick spine! Yeh this was going to be another memorable day of spine surfing on lake saxon! Far better conditions than a few years ago and the level of riding was there to take it all in!

The Hooters Dance (aka Chicken Dance)
...after an unexpected scheduling conflict with Adrenalina to ride the Flow Rider, we stop off at the Lakeland Hooter's for some grub. Big props for "Amanda" and the ladies of the local Hooter's for showing us much love with a reverse swerve on the ole' birthday gag! The boys thought they were going to be serenaded by the waitresses, however they had something better for these young lads! They made each of them wear beaks and stand on a chair for a quaky good time!
