I would like to introduce you to the Land o Lakes Butter Effect Wake Team. Our team consist of local kids and young adults that are passionate about water sports. The water sports our team are active in are Wake Boarding, Wake Skating, and Wake Surfing. The water sports industry is very unique in that the fan base is very strong within it's surrounding communities yet still reaching far beyond its boundaries. The formation of our team was the result of this past season's group effort within the community to collectively associate the talent that has stemmed from the Land o Lakes area. Our team has traveled all around the state of Florida competing in Grass Root (small town) events with impressive results, some times taking each event by 2 and 3 podium finishes in multiple categories! The Butter Effect stands for the original roots by which the township was named after (the butter), however this term is also used in the water sports industry describing the calm smooth waters of the Lakes which provides the "Effect" of the perfect training grounds to which our team has leveraged to it's advantage. Some of our team riders have excelled to the National and World levels with hopes for future Professional Careers and possible Olympic dreams!
The Land o Lakes Butter Effect Wake Team would like to offer sponsorships to these local and talented athletes as a group to share in the passion that they all live for. You can help in this community effort by donating to the very foundation these athletes are supported by. The high cost of travel including, plane tickets, hotels, entry fees, gas (Boat & Vehicle), and branded materials are all direct result of your donations. 100% of these funds are returned to the team, and the hard work and leadership supporting this cause is strictly voluntary! By sponsoring our Wake Team you will support nearly 50 different events around Florida including a few National/World Tournaments sanctioned all year round! Bronze - $50
Includes honorable mentions in all team news letters, a small "Link" on our website, and a small plaque displaying your gratification for support
Silver - $100
Includes all of the Bronze, plus a small Company Logo on our Team T-shirts
Gold - $250
Includes all of the Silver, plus Company Logo's on all Team Contest Flyer's, and a large plaque with Picture of Team
Platinum - $500+
Includes all of the Gold, plus large logo on Team T-shirt, and we will display your company banners or materials at each event we host and participate in.
